Who is behind Zest?

We are a local husband and wife team passionate about plant-based eating and offering plant-based options to the Traverse City community. We think it’s so important to have options when dining out for every dietary preference and lifestyle. We have found that there is a need for more vegan options in the area! Eating plant-based is something that we have found to be life-changing. It has impacted us in many ways,  including being more creative in the kitchen, feeling more energy overall and has helped us decrease our environmental impact on the planet . We have dreamt of opening a space like Zest for a long time and are so excited to have the opportunity to bring it to the area! We hope that our zesty plant-based dishes can be an adventure to your palate, energize your mind, and bring a smile to your face. Our ultimate goal is that Zest can help many experience that plant-based food can be both healthy AND taste amazing.
